Villa "I Due Padroni" http://www.duepadroni.it/ has three floors and is surrounded by a garden of 2500 m2.
The complete first floor can be rented as an appartment (95 m2) which can accomodate 4-6 people.
The appartment consists of:
•two double bedrooms (14 and
17 m2)
•a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and double wash basin
•a large living room (20 m2) with a sofa/sleeping couch, TV, DVD player and radio
•a spacious kitchen (17 m2), with dining corner accomodating 6 people, and equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and oven
•a private sun terrace (40 m2) facing south/west with panoramic view over the valley.
Guests of the villa can connect to the Internet (wifi) free of charge.
The appartment has a private entrance. Your car can be safely parked behind the villa.
As guest of the villa you can also use and enjoy the terrace in front of the villa, the swimming pool and other parts of the garden.
When the appartment is not being let, you can book one of the two bedrooms on basis of bed and breakfast (B&B)
We live on the second floor of the villa. In the future a second appartment will probably realised in the ”cantina” on the ground floor.
