Pole dancing has taken off as a more widely accepted fitness & exercise class in recent years and is very rapidly creating a world wide pole fitness frenzy of fun fitness classes! Pole dancing for fitness was beautifully performed and brought to the mainstream in June 2010 by the wonderful Alesia Vazmitsel on the 2010 Britain's Got Talent, getting through to the semi-finals with this performance.

Utilising many muscle groups, pole dancing for fitness is great for toning, developing firmer arms, more defined shoulders and back and stronger and more defined abs too! With between 2 & 4 students to a pole, we can ensure a great workout.

Polenastics holds a number of evening and day time pole dancing for fitness classes in Milton Keynes, Bletchley, Buckingham, Hitchin, Dunstable, Fenny Stratford, Leighton Buzzard, Royston, Wolverton, Letchworth, Stotfold and Newport Pagnell. We also have a school in Vancouver Canada run by the fabulous Jess.

Pole dancing for fitness is a confidence boosting activity, it's very gymnastic and is a great physical activity complimenting all other aerobic, dance, parkour, gymnastic, combat, fitness and strength disciplines.
