Minimum Orders: Our minimum order value is just £100.00 with no minimum quantities. You may purchase single items or as many lines as you like providing the minimum overall value is met.
Faulty Goods: In spite of quality control we appreciate that occasional faulty products may occur. Any product with a genuine manufacturing fault will be replaced on a like for like basis only within 14 days of the invoice date. No credit will be given and no alternative product will be supplied.
Carriage: Our standard carriage charge is £11.00 for a 48hr service to most UK areas. At peak periods please allow an additional 24hrs buffer for despatched goods
Payments: V.A.T. must be added to all trade prices including carriage. We operate on a Cash and Carry basis only and do not offer account facilities. You may pay by cheque or most major credit or debit cards.
