At the moment I am organizing all the stuff with the major of village, what we are buying houses and will develop it all the area!
That`s why I am buying this houses at very low prices(the most expensive is 4 000 euros) and I have my own team of builders, which will do all the repairs work and will reconstruct this place at all!
We are going to keep the traditional country side looking but with Western Еuropean Standards. That village is situated in one of the most beautiful spots of Bulgaria(there is possibility of shooting, fishing, water sports in the summer, it is not very close to the sky resorts(60 miles) but is 20 miles from Greece and Turkey, this area is not developed yet but in the future the prices of the properties will grow a lot).
I did the calculation, how much will cost all of the construction work and dividing per square meter of the house will cost no more then 300 euro per square mater (the average house is 100 square meters ,in the price is all the garden and surrounding work). There is options after the sale, for very chip house keeping, cleaning, baby-siting and all other services required.
The end of the day, when we finish, that will be the best country resort in Europe!
If we have enough money from the investitures we can do all the village and that will be something huge!
