If you live outside of Spain and you decide to research buying on the Costa del Sol you have our excellent information portal to help you find the information you need and give you examples of the kinds of properties Bright can help you find.
If you contact us by email or telephone:
• you will receive an in-depth analysis of the area you are interested in. Alternatively, if you are unfamiliar with the market a selection of areas that should suit your criteria
• you will receive a selection of properties that fit your requirements that we will personally put together for you
• you will be informed of all the information you will need to know prior to looking at property
• you will be advised and informed of any special considerations you may need to be aware of from your own personal circumstances
• you will gain a clear buying strategy that will inform you of both the positive, and potential negative, aspects.
Visiting Spain and finding your property with Bright
Prior to your appointment we will organise your tour and ensure that our network only presents properties that are suited to your requirements, we will also endeavour to find some special properties that fit your criteria and budget. Once on tour we will accompany you and ensure that your time is not wasted, that the advice and information you receive is correct and that when you make a decision either way, it's the right move.
When you are here in Spain to look at property you will only meet selected real estate companies who specialise in your area of interest. You will also meet other companies that we have selected (lawyers, banks, mortgage brokers, financial advisors, etc,) that will offer you sound and independent advice and will work to protect your interests.

Because we use a trusted network of agents who specialise in finding great properties, and because we work with highly ethical and independent service companies that will help you through the process, Bright can really focus on the most important task: giving you the proper advice and attention you deserve.
So what does it cost to use Bright?
In short, not an extra penny! Bright works on the commission share between the agent, which is typically between 3 and 7% depending on the property and the location, and we ensure that you get a much better service for your money. We will also be able to help you with researching your mortgage and have an extremely good working relationship with CAM a Spanish bank.
