T-Data Ltd provides the latest innovation in battery operated Time Attendance Recording. The Time Attendance terminal is compact, simple to operate and completely cable-free, eliminating the expense of installing electrical and computer interface cables.
Our ‘TIMY’ product uses credit card sized ID-badges which are uniquely numbered and encoded with a barcode. The Time Attendance Recorder has no moving parts and requires no maintenance or consumables.
The recorded clocking-in data is transferred, whenever desired, with a USB Memory Key to a PC running MS-Excel®. Paper-based timesheets can be eradicated entirely and your payroll administration can be performed in (typically) one hour per month.
