You men need to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, especially if you're trying to lose weight. Everyone has heard this one. Every health source will tell you that. So, do you drink that much?

Advice for the Ill = Advice for the Well
To lose weight and stay healthy: take the advice for the sick, even while you're well. Drinking lots of fluids, orange juice, Vitamin C, eat chicken-noodle soup, take it easy.
