In '74, at Hypnosis Motivation Institute, I was certified by Dr. John Kappas, PhD as a Master Hypnotist. I subsequently joined Chapter 473 of the AFL-CIO affiliated Hypnotist's Union. I know hypnosis.

Certainly it is an addictive drug, but as few as four cigarettes per day will satisfy the need for nicotine in even the most addicted smokers

I hear that so much when the subject of quitting of smoking cigarettes comes up. They always say it with such over-enthusiasm that it’s hard to believe them.

Although for most smokers, the assumption is that their habit and their addiction are synonymous, this is not quite true.
