The Maui Instant Cottage utilizes solar technology to convert the sun's energy into 12 volt power. It keeps free from electric and water bills in paradise! Use catchment water. 110 converters and generators are available on our website if you require more power. Using our patented solar converted technology, you can be totally off the grid.
Designed to accommodate a variety of uses, the 8-foot by 20-foot, 9½ foot tall Maui Instant Cottage can be adapted for temporary, semi-permanent or permanent use.

The fully functional bathroom features a full shower, sink and vanity counter with hot & cold water hookups.
Standard toilet options are:
VacuFlush - Operates with a pump-generated vacuum which uses only about a pint of water per flush. Can discharge into a municipal sewer system or holding tank over 100 feet away.
Environmental Composting - Working like the compost heap in the backyard, this toilet breaks down waste through the natural process of decomposition. Requires no water or sewer hookup.
Our easy to install, decorative roof cover creates a more inviting look to these unique buildings and enhances the "cottage" appearance.
This optional roof addition also provides a practical use by channeling rain off the top of the unit, prevents snow buildup in colder winter environments, and increases the built-in passive cooling ability in hotter regions.
With the optional exterior Awning and Add-A-Room, the Maui Instant Cottages can be completely screened in to create additional outdoor living space.
