I am a general dentist practicing in Enterprise, AL and would like to share with you some results I have seen with the use of Power Health's “Aloe Vera" juice. I primarily use the aloe juice for all my oral surgery patients. I give them a capful or two to take home with them after they have had teeth extracted and instruct them to take a small sip of the juice and let it soak over the extraction sites for a minute and then swallow it. I have not seen a dry socket or an infection for over two years I have been using this. In several instances, where I have had very difficult teeth to extract, the patients have returned and said that they haven't had to take any pain medications. The healing of the wounds appear to be about 50% faster, although I do not have a scientific means to accurately measure this. I base this figure on the time it takes for regenerating tissue to grow over the sutures, if any were placed. The aloe also works wonders for ulcerated lesions in the mouth. Two side effects that I have noticed in my patients that have been on the aloe are the decrease in pain associated with arthritis and the relief from gastric reflux.

On a personal level, my son Patrick has Crohn's disease and almost died a few years ago. I started to give him a capful of aloe vera per day and now he has absolutely no symptoms after drinking the aloe vera juice. My wife Sandy came home one night with food poisoning and was in sever pain and distress. I forced her to drink one capful of the aloe juice and within 10 minutes all her pain and symptoms were gone. From that experience I recommend to all my patients that they keep a bottle of the aloe juice in the refrigerator unopened (it will last about two years) and use it if one of their family members ever gets food poisoning. Sandy still hadn't become a firm believer in Aloe (she can be a little stubborn) until about 8 months ago when she was experiencing some female problems and decided to go to her gynecologist and have it checked. They performed an internal ultrasound and detected two ovarian cysts on her left ovary, one the size of a tennis ball. They said that sometimes these cysts can shrink somewhat but they would probably require surgery. She was to return in one month to meet the surgeon and have a re-evaluation. Well, she started sneaking the aloe from me, drinking one capful in the morning and one capful at night. She returned in one month with the fear that she would probably need surgery, but to her surprise, the largest cyst had shrunk to about the size of a pea and after her 6-month follow-up both cysts have completely disappeared!! She now believes in aloe.

I realize that what I am going to say next may be hard to believe and there is no proof as far as I know, but what I am hearing from several local sources is very dramatic…let me start with a friend of mine, Sybil. Sybil has a close friend of hers who had terminal cancer; she had been through all the conventional treatments and they had failed to stop her cancer. She lived in Panama City, FL and when her doctors told her she had little time to live, she told her family that she wanted to return to South Korea and see her parents before she died and she also wanted to be buried there. She told her family that there was no reason to return to Panama City just to have her family ship her body back to South Korea, so she bought a one way ticket and said her last good byes to her family. But Sybil had come by my house and bought two bottles of aloe juice to give to her
