Unlike other web design houses, our strength lies not only on the web but also offline as we run our own printing facilities and sales activities in the local market. Based in Shenyang , the fifth largest city of China , SevenDays Design Studio has proved to be profitable and full of potential since its inception.



The History:



The Studio was incepted in 2001, started off by providing corporate identity & web strategy consultance & design for local medium sized enterprises, mainly within the retail industry.



In 2003, the studio has established its reputation in the market & has more thoroughly realized the potential of this industry. We then acquired a printing factory and started to take on work on the production side while enpanding our target market into various industries.



Since all three partners of the studio are interested in cross culture communications and commercial activities, we started to prepare for the launch of our new range of services targeted towards overseas organisations in the beginning of year 2004.



Quality Control:



We always put the quality of our production at the utmost importance. To ensure this, we've developed a quality management methodology when implementing strategies for our clients.



• Definition



We ask our clients to describe their existing marketing strategy in the home market, and by gathering and analyzing market data we work out the appropriate positioning of corporate identity in the Chinese market.



• Planning:



Together, we determine an interactive strategy with realistic objectives and expectations; we establish resources, requirements and budget; and we identify appropriate content, media and technology platforms to be developed and integrated.



• Execution:



Based on the research, needs and strategy, we develop and test the concepts. In consultation with you, we carry out prototype design, programming and production: for web design, we do relevant content generation and media production, such as Flash animation and interactive multimedia, content management systems, and database integration when appropriate; and for printed materials, we carry out marketing activities such as search engine registration, links exchange, and BBS promotion.



• Delivery & Launch:



On approval of prototype, we complete development, test and launch. Related promotional initiatives, such as search engine optimization, links exchange, BBS promotion, offline promotional materials, or the delivery of printed materials may also be performed at this stage.



• Maintenance & Support:



Like any marketing initiative, a website or a printed catalogue is always "work in progress". We tailor a program of support commensurate with your needs.



Partners:



Clement Song, Marketing Director, is in charge of the strategic planning of targeting markets. Graduated from Oxford Brookes University on Business Administration, and worked as Director of International Operation, and then Marketing Director for a large international culture exchange corporation, he's experienced in analytic and strategic planning and operation in both global and mainland China market. His expertise in communication with Chinese mass consuming sector has contributed to the positioning of several international brands in the local market.
