You met a man that makes you weak in the knees just talking to him. People all have different ideas of what love means. Some people are not actually in love, but more in lust. Love and lust can be a little tricky to understand, since even though they are two different ideas, most people use them interchangeably.
Lust is a strong, sexual feeling of attraction towards someone. Mostly sexual, lust's foundation is defined by sexual chemistry rather than a genuine caring for the other person. What makes love and lust different is that lust is all about being physically attracted to someone and acting on that attraction.
Although physical attraction plays a role, there is much more depth to love under the thin veneer of attraction. When you are in love, its kind of similar to having a best friend who you can share stuff with, but you are also attracted to each other sexually. Love is the ability to share some part of you and having the other person share back. Love is an awesome feeling and it should make you want to be better as a person.
With those things if you have the following characteristics, then you are probably in love.
-Your partner makes you feel good about yourself. -While its normal to feel a little jealous, the feeling always subsides because you have faith that your partner would never hurt you. -You can express your true feelings around each other, even if this causes conflict, because you know that either way it will be alright. -The person you are with would never make you choose between them or your family/friends. -Since you both know you feel the same way towards one another, you nor your partner don't even think about having to question your feelings for each other. -You can let your hair down and be yourself around your partner more than any other person.
Although it would not be possible to have a comprehensive list since everyone's situation is unique, these characteristics are common for most people who are in love. Now you know you are in love, you're probably asking yourself, now what? It might be hard to figure out what men want, but its important to know that even if you are in love that you don't change who you are in order for a man to like you. With that said, good luck!

Unfaithfulness is the elephant in the room that couples are afraid to confront, leading to damaged relationships, break ups, and divorces. However, it's definitely possible to regain trust for those couples willing to put in the effort. Here are some ways couples can rebuild trust in a relationship and get it back on track:
It's important for both you and your partner to forgive each other, meaning that both of you should admit you are at fault. It's important to know what motivates people to be unfaithful. To give an example, if your partner was cheating on you, you might have been cold or mean towards them, making them look for intimacy and affection outside of your relationship. Maybe you have been emotionally unavailable and distant, which makes them feel lonely enough to seek some sort of companionship elsewhere.
It's crucial that the offending person take steps to avoid the problem in the future. It should be known to the cheating partner that they way they have acted is unacceptable and they should not do it again. To give an example,If it was "innocent" flirting that lead cheating, then this behavior should stop. The person who is cheating should not do things that may tempt him/her to do the wrong thing again.
After the solution and the problem have been addressed, It is important that the person who was cheating be held accountable for what they've done. The offending person should let their partner know where they are at all times. The offending person should tell you everything that's happening, like what their schedule is like, where they are going and who they will be with, their emails, etc. Your partner might feel like nothing is private anymore, but this is critical for them to gain back trust. Why should you have faith in your partner again if they can't show to you that they've changed? It is critical that you help your partner, even though you may still hurt from being cheated on. What they had done to you is hurtful, but it's when they've made mistakes is when they need you to be there the most.
Building trust is a process. Even after you find out how to catch a cheating spouse, it doesn't just fix itself instantly; but with a bit of effort and persistence, you can mend your relationship and be stronger together as a couple.
