“Come Find Yourself....Home from Home!”
The moment you get there till the moment you leave, you know you're staying in one of the nicest Guest Houses in Islamabad!...
Complimentary wi-fi and mineral water!....all very much appreciated!...
This place is always clean and the rooms are turned down every day....the service from the staff is amazing, especially Mr.Sameer for his help and advice on the best things to see and do in Islamabad!...would absolutely stay there again!...

"A wonderful Host in the new town for me"
I made a reservation with NewCapeGrace for a week duration stay in IslamabaD. Initially I was a bit panic but after my arrival to the guest house, it changed the whole impression. Mr. Karim is an explicit host and I was provided superb assistance in all manners. The internet connectivity is incredible and works 24/7 with no downtime issues. Being a solo female, I was concerned about security measures and once arrived, I was contented by the management's personal attention in all matters, thus giving me the freedom from all sort of threats. The rooms are cozy and decent sized with relaxing furniture and atmosphere. Rooms are cleaned and linens & towels replaced everyday. The establishment is located in the center of the city and close to all the main markets which was a great help. I was going out for my evening walks. I would surely reserve my stay with NewCapeGrace on my next visit to Islamabad.

New Cape Grace is without a doubt the best valued room in Islamabad and more importantly the most outstanding hospitality one could imagine, anywhere. I felt 100% safe and secure from the moment I arrived - at 4AM with a ride from the airport - and the impeccable quality of the service continued throughout my 14-day stay. Great local food, a clean and quiet environment, and 24-hour uninterrupted wifi makes for a great SOHO to work in. Situated in a high-end residential district, the rooms in this bungalow are spacious, and makes u feel almost at home. The owners speak fluent English and provide great advice, so first-timers to Islamabad will find this very useful.
Transport can be arranged by the guesthouse to anywhere in Pakistan at a good rate. This is one guesthouse that will put long term benefits before short term gains, so u can be assured they are on YOUR side and not out to make a quick buck.
Travellers on official business will definitely find this a gem, although super-budget backpackers who just need a crash pad should look elsewhere.

When it comes to the combination of price, service and amenities, New Cape Grace is the best guest house in Islamabad. Other guest houses I've tried are more expensive, but I've experienced frequent problems that are very frustrating, especially when you visit a second time and the problems have not been solved by management. This indicates an owner and staff who simply don't care about the comfort of their guests- the internet is consistently down, the hot water is rarely hot (sometimes the water isn't there at all), the rooms are not clean, the pillows are not soft, the furnishings are cheap, the staff is not friendly, attentive and cooperative. New Cape Grace charges less but their amenities, rooms, food and service are comparable to what one would find in an upper scale bed & breakfast guest house in any tourist destination in The States. The thing I most like about New Cape Grace is that the ownership and staff work hard to provide a relaxing and affordable place that people like me will want to come back to again and again. They have earned my highest recommendation.

The guest house is located in a very nice residential neighborhood. The owner and the entire staff were extremely friendly & helpful. Provided a reliable pick-up service upon my arrival in Islamabad. Prepared some food even very late in the evening.
The room had A/C and a refrigerator with complimentary water provided on a daily basis.
Free wireless Internet, too.
I'm convinced this is the best value for the price this guest house charges.
Thanks for a wonderful stay in Islamabad, I wish I would have had more time to stay at the New Cape Grace.

We spend nearly a month there and in the end felt we were staying with family. I have been a frequent traveler to Islamabad and started staying in New Cape Grace House in 2004, as recommended by colleagues. Since the first time I stayed I was surprised by the persomalized treatment accorded by the staff that made me feel like I was an old patron of the Guest House.
The Guest House is located in an central area and convenient if you decide to walk to most locations of shops, banks, restaurants etc. The rooms are big by usual standards giving the visitor more convenience to walk around. It is kept clean and there is a constant supply of fresh towels and linens. It has a 24/7 security and the surrounding neighborhood is peaceful.Food is very good and after dining out several times, I decided to eat my meals at the guest house.
Karim, the amiable manager is always there to oversee your needs anytime. He provides good shopping tips from the expensive shops to the walk-in bazaars found in many places of Islamabad. He is now ably assisted by his son and the father and son tandem has greatly enhanced the efficiency of the staff. Overall, the staff are helpful, courteous, and honest and never in my numerous stay at New Cape Grace did I feel ill at ease with any of the staff.
I did try to stay in other guest houses in Islamabad and there are one too many. But for the convenience, comfort, and value of money, I have learned that there is no other guest house for me except new Cape Grace Guest House.
