“Polite, Calm, Save and Special”
During my stay in the NCG guest house, everything was great, no complaints from my side. although located at one of Islamabads busier streets, you will feel
like staying at an extremely calm place, even if the house is fully booked you might feel like beeing the sole guest. Two main markets (F6-markaz, F7 markaz)
and the main business-district (Blue Area) are in walking distance, the guest house is located in a very posh neighbourhood with a lot of green spaces
but most important:
The crew is very polite and always endeavored to fulfill the guests needs.
this very short review only demonstrates that I really cant think of anything negative to report.

“The best secure guest house to stay in islamabad, Excellent Service!!”
We stayed at Cape Grace for 14 days this month and have to deffinately give it two thumbs up! It is a superb style B&B in the heart of Islamabad. We felt at
home and enjoyed every moment we were there. The accommodation was comfortable with a relaxed feeling to it. More importantly, it was exceptionally clean and
the staff was exceptionally nice and took care of every possible need we had. The food is great and have a large menu available, omelettes were my favourite
for breakfast!
The owners Karim and Sameer make sure that each and every guest is extremely happy with the services. Seriously, they rank higher than any 5 star hotel in
Islamabad when comes to personal attention. There is very high security and being in Islamabad that is a great thing. We would recommend this guest housel to
anyone and everyone for work or pleasure and will deffinatley stay again when we visit next.
There are many hotels/guest houses that are out there to get your money! This is not the case at Cape grace they are two lovely kind hearted people that will
go out of their way to make your trip pleasant and easy.
They have free fast speed wireless internet connection and there is never power outage because they have big generator.
Once again a big thank you to Karim and sameer for being fantastic hosts and taking good care of us. The place is very safe, staff is very honest and I heard
the same compliments about them from other guests who were staying there.

“Best service and people you will find.”
We spent 8 days in Islamabad, at this guest house. After a full day in Islamabad, I realized that this hotel was a palace compared to the slums of this
capital city. New Cape Grace was the only part of my stay which I enjoyed. The staff is absolutely wonderful, from the security guard to the owner. Rooms
were cleaned whenever you wanted them cleaned. They would bring us water, milk, sugar, for my coffee, several times a day, always fast and always with a
smile (even at dawn). Whenever we would return from shopping, they would run out and help us with our bags. The owner and staff always made sure to ask how
we were doing, if we needed anything, and made good recommendations for places to go. The owner even inquired after me several times when I had gotten sick
during my stay.
The location is excellent, because you are close to the main part of the city, but still outside of the noisy, dirty, center. New Cape Grace was very
peaceful and every morning we would sit outside in their delightful little garden and have our morning coffee right at dawn. The rooms are spacious,
especially if you get a double room (recommended). The bathrooms have Euro/American toilets, showers, and a bidet hose. They can make the water hot for you
anytime you like. We also used their internet service, which worked fine.
The price of this place is very cheap. You could spend hundreds of dollars per night, and I am sure you would not get as good service as we did here. I
highly recommend it for anyone that is obligated to visit Islamabad. All in all, this place was the only part of my trip which was comfortable, and which I
enjoyed.

Comfy and extremely helpful staff!
Had some short biz to do in Islamabad so dropped in for a two night stay. Online registration and Email correspondence with the Manager was very well handled
and efficient. Airport pickup as requested without a hitch. Room was quaint and perfectly serviceable - very clean and was just what was necessary. Lightning
quick internet. Staff helped me at every turn, including getting me a SIM card for my phone & some phone credit, assisting with transport for the errands I
had to run, effecient wake-up calls and coffee brought to my room. Absolutely the place to stay if you need a simply but pleasantly appointed guest room &
the most attentive and professional service in Islamabad you could ask for.

A great little place in the big city
Everything about this worked out. I made an email reservation and upon arrival they were expecting me. The room was clean and comfortable, the food good and
staff very friendly and helpful. Security guard out front, closed gate at night, free internet in the lobby are just more reasons I liked it. Would I stay
here again? Of course! In my mind there is nowhere else to stay!

Holidays in Islamabad - why not? :-)
25 year old with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
As student from Czech Republic I came to Islamabad this July (2009) and knew about the country only what I had "experienced" through main-stream media. But
all my worries were soon gone, cause thanks to kind hospitality and unprecedential service of all members of New Cape Grace staff I enjoyed really a lot all
the beauties and sights of Pakistani capital and felt so safe like in my small hometown in the heart of Europe.
Make no worries, Pakistan is really worthvisiting and New Cape Grace is the best starting point!

"Staying in Cape Grace is like being at home"
I was recommended to stay in Cape Grace for the first time around 2005 and have done that for many times since then. Since the first time I felt very welcome
and safe. Mr Karim made me feel like I would be part of his family. I am sure many guests have felt the same, he is so sympatric and devoted to serve
everyone. Being busy during my visits, Mr Karim has helped me many times by picking up goods from tailor etc. and having them ready in my room. The rooms are
clean and big. The staff is always ready to help you in any way. I invited once a Norwegian old ambassador to stay there and he also loved it. This is a
place to stay instead in big brand hotels, worth money but even more worth having a nice and safe place to sleep like your home. Thank you Mr Karim. Merja

“wish we could stay forever”
Really, the best value for our money yet. The best internet service we've seen in our two-year trip around Asia, super fast and uninterrupted by power
outages, ideal for uploading and downloading the massive files we have to. The rooms were cleaned daily and supplied with cold mineral water waiting for us
in the in-room fridge (convenient to have once we found Islamabad's beer window), the cable TV was a bonus when the free wi-fi didn't occupy us, the air-con
worked perfectly and all our issues and complaints were dealt with swiftly and professionally (minor ones - like the color went out in the TV, it was
immediately replaced, and the clock battery went out). The staff is well trained, the meals are great, the garden and living room are quiet for relaxing. We
stayed there two weeks but wished it could have been longer, we missed Karim and Sammy's competent and professional care the minute we left Islamabad!
