[NEW YORK - Wednesday] - by Devon Melk.

There are rumors everywhere that the 2nd most powerful website on the entire Worldwide-Web may file BANKRUPTCY, with the deadline set for this December; the date for discharge and dissolution in a Federal Court of Law.

This will absolutely DISTRESS investors and "Googlers" alike who both profit and benefit from the use of the World's largest and most powerful search engine. Google has well in excess of 100 MILLION unique daily visitors and greater then 300 million individual searches daily - clearly signifying Google as unquestionably the single most valued resource for data in the world.

Is it fact or fiction?

Some expert Internet Marketers are beginning to make statements acknowledging that they have heard "insiders" express that the company (now publicly traded since April 30, 2004) may face financial disaster with the insurgence of this "revelation" that enables advertisers to get their otherwise pay-per-click (PPC) advertising completely free.

One would conclude that this, would naturally lead directly (like a domino-effect) to the collapse of Google's sibling program AdSense; as its only revenue comes from the direct sales of AdWords "clicks."

Dr Jon Cohen of Ny Ny, is responsible for developing this controversial "free PPC system".

Now publicly disclosed, the retired New York doctor has amassed a net worth in excess of $70 million [US] from his more then $377 million in product sales produced from sixteen (16) unique online businesses. All since starting his online endeavor in 1998.

Estimated by leading financial analysts the "good doctor" (as he is known) has eliminated in excess of $93 million (some estimates suggest closer to $136 million) in otherwise paid advertising at Google and the other market leading search engines in the PPC arena.

A year ago in April when the "revelation" was first offered to the general public, the very release produced a "domino-like" sweeping stir throughout the entire World Wide Web community of Internet-Marketers, resulting in the site breaking the most visited 1,000 top websites in the world! Which can be seen here:

Dr Cohen was asked if the "secret" would result in the ruin of Google, which he quipped in response sighting that it would actually create a polar opposite effect, and "ignite" exceedingly more business volume for the giant search engine.

As it isn't hard to beleive most people are astonished to learn that Google is purposely allowing and encouraging the purchase of 100,000's of PPC ads promoting "secret system"-- many observers are of the mind that Google has not caught on, or that Google isn't at all concerned that the "secret" is a threat to their enterprise.

Observing factual hard evidence supporting this can be seen by viewing the right-hand column when doing a search for "get google ads free" (specifically in quotation marks) at Google.com under the "Sponsored Links"section.

You will also observe in excess of 100,000 results in the "organic" fields index which is located in the center which populates the majority of the results pages. If the worlds most powerful search engine felt that its business was in jeopardy as a result of this innovative "secret", they would certainly NOT allow for either paid-ads or organic content to make the top searches regarding it.

In fact within only two (2) hours of its public launch last April, Google paused the parent firm's advertising of the innovative system of using PPC's on their search engine. The hold was promptly released however after a Review Team comprised of some of Google's top executives completed an in-depth investigation resulting in the determination to ALLOW the ads to resume.

Recently the "secret system" has been revised to include "awesome new content" and "more definative and user friendly instructions," and is now available:

The most important revision is the addition of a "string of code" (which is tech-talk for some HTML) that can be added to any webpage(s) which instantly eliminates the page owner's AdWords costs right away.

One addition is a "live" woman spokes-representative ("Rachel") who appears to literally walk out onto the webpage and talk to visitors and explain a bit more how the mysterious newbreakthrough system works.

Reflecting on the addition of "Rachel", company Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Mr Todd Coutrin states that "sales for the system have skyrocketed above 2,430% suddenly and with no limit in sight." Coutrin continues:"With the newest revision now in place, plus all the additions added, affiliates for the new system can expect to earn even more than ever before!" (Note: Affiliates make up the bulk of the firm's sales generation.)

The revised version of the "secret" (named V5.1) is now even more readily-received with a refund rate that has dropped to less then half of what it was before the newer versions release.

When queried, company officials representing Google stated quite definitively that the rumors of bankruptcy for the powerful search engine were simply not true.

Attempts to contact both Sergey Brin and Larry Page, the former Stanford University students who founded Google in 1998, to request comment were unsuccessful.

"Google appears to be a huge supporter of the "secret system" as it's allowing an ever increasing amount of advertisers to promote the "secret" on its search engine which sees in excess of over 100 million daily searches and surfers".
