Panties are a part of every woman's wardrobe but many women tend to overlook them as a fashion requirement. Just as a man chooses a tie or a pair of socks to complete his wardrobe, women should look to their underwear as a means of making a fashion statement and forget that no one is going to see them but you. Perhaps only to the woman wearing them, but it makes a difference. Now that we are in agreement that a woman's choice of panties makes a difference lets explore briefly what panties say or don't say about us.
If you still resist the idea that your choice of underwear doesn't make a difference then that says that you consider panties as unworthy of careful selection as they simply don't make a difference in your wardrobe. That panties are simply a utilitarian garment worn for modesty, sanitary purposes alone. That panties, since unseen, don't have any effect on your wardrobe for the day. If that is true try not wearing panties with a mini skirt and see if your views on the value of panties really have on the way you look, feel and even act.
Panty Selection:
I will start with boy shorts and the reason for that is the continued and growing popularity of this sexy, functional garment. Due to the dreaded VPL or visible panty line issue boy shorts may not fit every garment you wear but still the boy shorts are a full coverage panty but unlike the obsolete granny panty they are stretch to fit thus they show off a woman's body to its best light and are comfortable and modest at the same time. More and more men are reporting just how much they love seeing their wife or girlfriend in a pair of boy shorts. You don't have to hate g-strings or thongs to love boy shorts. Once you wear a pair of boy shorts you will agree it is hard to find a panty as cute and easy to wear as boy shorts. Who wears boy shorts? Young girls particularly as they are perfect under skirts, jeans and since they pass the mom test they are virtually universally accepted. What do they say about older teens and young women who wear them? Due to the awesome variety of style, colors and fabrics there is someting here for everyone. Stretch lace boy shorts are sexy, cotton/spandex blends are perfect for active women and they are available in many colors and designs that appeal to women of every age from 13 to 65.
Thongs:
There are two camps here, those that love them and those who find them revolting. Cleanliness is an issue for many women and the butt floss image is well deserved. Thongs do special things to the looks of a woman's derriere but to some women the idea of a thin band of fabric between her cheeks is too much to endure. Thongs though are the anti vpl garment and are virtually invisible under clingy, snug fitting outer garments. The popularity of thongs continues to grow as many are so thin and wispy it is almost like not wearing a panty at all and that is the point for many women. Panties have not been solely for sanitary purposes for decades and thongs are a fashion statement. Many european inspired thongs are virtual pieces of art along with a fine arts price tag. Who wears thongs? The average buyer skews younger with the eye towards how they look as opposed to the older generation emphasizing the cleanliness issue. What does it say about you if your wear thongs? While it is unscientific to speculate it is true that thongs are a fashion statement with many women exposing their thong straps intentionally or unintentionally. Thongs are here to stay and the popularity is surely based upon their sex appeal. Exposing one's entire buttocks is sexy to many and the relationship is beyond question.
G-Strings:
The discussion about g-strings is simply an extension of the thong issue. G-strings are a skimpier version of the thong, sexier and less material. This garment skews even younger than the thong due to this factor.
