Insurance
TITLE DEED INSURANCE
The purchase of a first or second home is probably the largest financial transaction most people will ever make Recognizing the importance of this decision, Candan Group in conjunction with London & European, now provide A title deed Insurance product designed to standardize, simplify and enhance the buying process.
Effective from 1 January 2004, when you buy a residential Turkish property from Candan Group you will automatically receive Title Deed Insurance at no extra cost, providing you with additional security and peace of mind. Title Deed Insurance is only available when you purchase your property through an agent and can not be purchased individually.
It is extremely important to carry out through document searches and know the history of the property you are buying. Title Deed insurance provided by Candan Group affords you the confidence that the property you purchase through us is insured against unknown defects or claims by third parties that can materialize after the purchase. Each owner will receive an independent Title Deed insurance policy that will remain in force for so long as the owner holds the title of the property, for up to 20 years.
Comprehensive details of the insurance cover will be issued with the policy upon signing the Title Deed; however here are a few examples of what is covered:
Forged and/or missing title documents.
Adverse claims by third parties.
Boundary disputes.
Fraud by, or legal incapacity of, the seller.
Property is subject to quotas or community expenses other than those disclosed by the seller or notary.
Incomplete chain of ownership behind the seller's title.
Discrepancy between the surface area seen and agreed before you buy and that actually conveyed.
Like with all insurance policies it is hoped that you will never have to make claim, however, if it is necessary, your problems should be resolved satisfactorily within six months. If not, you may choose to obtain an indemnity for the suffered loss to a maximum of the value you have invested.
Title Deed Insurance protects your property purchase against many risks and it would be advisable to buy a Turkish property only from estate agents that can provide this cover.

For this reason, the support we give in ensuring everything is carried out to your satisfaction is extremely important.
To Candan Group, after sales is a holistic process: consulting, planning, realization and, of course, service. One of our most popular services is the 'Key in the Door' service where we assist in the interior design and furnishing of your new home. We can provide you with a bespoke furnishing solution including everything from curtains to bed linen, lighting and electrical equipment to the dining table complete with dinner service.
Constraints of time, distance and language are completely overcome by the team. They do the initial groundwork and narrow down the field of suppliers according to the 'look' that you wish to achieve.
It is imperative that you forward book an appointment in advance to avoid disappointment and allow us to forward plan and prepare for your arrival with our after sales team.
We will provide an initial consultation and site visit in order to assess your budget and obtain an accurate floor plan. Then you are able to relax whilst we put together your room-¬by-room bespoke furnishing design, complete with fabric swatches and an itemized quotation ready for your comments.
Candan Group will ensure that all work is completed to the highest standard and if anything should require attention, arrange for prompt rectification. By an agreed date, your property will be fully designed, furnished and accessorized with a bottle of champagne chilling in the fridge.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
