We started in 2004 as a partner of Pan Am International Flight Academy and solely offered type rating for the Boeing 737-300. The clients iniatially were self-sponsored pilots with a goal to achieve a rating and a prospect of an airline career. Today, the company consists of Randhem Aviation Inc. and Randhem Aviation AB (Swedish JAA TRTO). The organization holds over 30 instructors, all with several thousands of flying hours and experience from commercial aviation. Randhem Aviation AB is a public corporation registered in Sweden. The Board Members has a wide range of experience, from the aviation industry as well as other areas of expertise. The corporate head office is based in Gothenburg, Sweden with a regional office in Miami, USA. We are the official European partner of Pan Am International Flight Academy and offer several courses for both self-sponsored pilots and airlines.

One of the things we are best known for besides the competitive cost of training is our flexibility. Customers do not need to find a partner by themselves for training as we can modify the training to fit each airline with procedures and schedule.

Our courses include regional and commercial aircraft types. We can see a clear increase in demand for regional type ratings, especially for the Scandinavian market.

We listen to our customers and constantly working on improving our courses and services. For our new Swedish TRTO, we have a new advanced quality programme where all staff and customers are able to submit feedback instantly online.

Another new improvement is our Forum, where you as a client can talk to other clients and instructors.

The MCC pilot training course is designed as an integration with your type rating. This course is prior to the type rating.
Taking the MCC course at the same time as the type rating and in the same aircraft is a great benefit and very cost effective.
During the MCC part of the course we will focus on procedures and CRM.
For many new pilots, this is a new environment and a different way of flying.
Our MCC instructors have extensive experience from multi pilot operations and are working as training captains today for the aircraft types we train for.

The course is set up on demand, at any time you as a client need the MCC and with the type rating.

Either you have previous jet experience or just have finished your pilot training, you will be given appropriate training and position in the cockpit such as PIC or SIC. Our Scandinavian TRTO, partners and experienced instructors are all dedicated to provide you the best possible commercial aviation training, to give you the most value for your investment.

The type rating course for the Beech 1900 is conducted in Sweden.
Each course can be set up from one pilot to a group of eight. Training is conducted in the actual aircraft and in a 1900 D. Differences to the C model will be given during the technical course.

If you have a request to use a specific airline/operators SOP, we will adjust the training.

Our instructors for the aircraft has several thousands of flying hours. We have been operated this type of aircraft in extreme environments from various parts of the world.

Either you have previous turbine experience or a commercial pilot license with only 250 hours, you will be given appropriate training and position in the cockpit such as PIC or SIC.

Courses will be started on demand.

We believe that your base training as an instructor is very important.
This is the fundamental part of your career as pilot instructor from which you will develop your own methods and skills. That is why we have created this fully covered course which is well above the minimum requirements of the CAA. This is a generic TRI/SFI course and fits all aircraft types.

The first part, teaching and learning can be taken as a stand alone.

For instructors that already have their instructor rating, TRI, SFI, IRI or CRI can take the practical part (part 2) for the specific aircraft type to achieve the TRI/SFI rating. Aircraft types available is: B737, A320 and Saab 340.
Saab 2000 is available from October 2006.

When it is possible, we will give you the opportunity to receive instruction training under supervision of a full type rating course of minimum 48 hours depending on aircraft type.
