For You and all your needs we can arrange an inspection trip (viewing trip) to Bulgaria, take special time and attention, get to meet all your demands in viewing the properties, give impartial advice and take you to meet with solicitors (advocates), builders, officials, bankers and of course your potential new neighbors.
This trip takes on average 3-5 days and given time. We at BP Select will schedule and organize it.
We can meet You at an airport of your choice and we can take you to the desired property/es. We can arrange your stay at local (or preferred) hotel and personally assist you during this stay. After viewing, with no obligation whatsoever, we will take you back to the airport or desired location within Bulgaria.
Even if nothing suits your requirements and no purchase is made, we promise to treat You in the most professional manner, make this trip memorable for You and offer to You the utmost Bulgarian hospitality.
We will contact You to arrange the viewing trip and discuss details regarding times, flights, accommodation, meetings and the viewing itself.
The rate for our viewing trip is as follows €40 per day (£30 per day) usually around 8 hrs (scheduled drives and meetings) or 0.20 € per km, whichever is greater, with no minimum or maximum view stops and hotel accommodation, food and drinks etc. will come at extra cost. Charges are on average, based on previous experience and driving distances, petrol and parking costs and availability of personnel.

Due to prior booking conditions, hotel’s reservations and/or airlines policies, payment may be required at time of booking and in case of late cancellation it may be non refundable.
