Adiator are developing high tech customer specific electromechaniacal and HVAC solutions and supplying them to the global automotiv industry.
The way we work
Adiator’s organization has two pillars: Product Development and Material Supply. Product Development is carried out by a team of salespeople, project managers and engineers from a network of partners. Working with the customer and the best suitable partner for each specific challenge, we form a project group that presents concrete solutions.
The development process starts with a pre-study, where ideas are evaluated. The process and the following series production are managed in accordance with regulations and support procedures in ISO-TS 16949 and ISO 14001 or similar systems approved by the automotive industry.
When the project gets initial samples approval from the customer, we transfer responsibility for the product to the Material Supply team. We take overall responsibility for the product from product development through material supply to the customer’s series production.
We coordinate the supply network and are the legal supplier to the customer throughout the lifetime of the product. Our key account support staff, storage and material supply computer systems are the core resources assuring the material supply.
The focus
Adiator is a value-adding tech provider focusing on the global automotive industry. Most of our customers develop and assemble their own products based on standard components from leading suppliers with strong brands.
The market is characterized by rising pressure on prices, especially for standard components and standardized solutions. So Adiator focuses on a higher level of customized products and tailored solutions and subsystems in a less price-sensitive market segment.
Adding value
Our strategy is aimed at raising the content and level of added value in the product offering for maximum customer value. Customers are increasingly demanding fewer suppliers at the same time as they are outsourcing a larger share of their operations.
This imposes demands on the supplier in the form of solid know-how and greater responsibility for the customer's product development. Adiator assumes a greater role among customers and suppliers.
Adiator represents leading manufacturers of components such as SANDEN, SHOWA DENKO, SPAL, MANULI. We distribute parts to selected distributors and dealers of parts for the automotive aftermarket. Our range includes products and original spares such as compressors, condensers, blowers & fans, tubes & fittings, and receiver driers. The latest release is SANDEN A/C compressors for AUDI, SEAT, VW, SAAB, VOLVO, SCANIA, JOHN DEERE and many more.
Our Human Machine Interface (HMI) product segment develops electrical switch products for controlling devices on board vehicles. Adiator leads customer-specific HMI projects. We provide quality assurance and follow-up into series production..
A wide range of robust sensors and switches, designed for under-hood environment, are available. With their use, all vehicle gases and fluids can be controlled.
The pressure sensor product range includes standalone sensors suitable for almost any automotive environment, gas, liquid and pressure range. Features include: compact design, individual calibration, stable output over the entire pressure range, absolute or relative sensing, from low cost to high precision devices. A wide range of pressure switches provide equal performance matching different on-board applications.
