ABOUT US
TLC Moving is a fully licensed and insured New York City moving company with a difference: we “elevate” the process of moving, making it as smooth and simple as possible. And in an industry where word-of-mouth means everything, we take customer satisfaction very seriously.
“ELEVATING MOVING” is not just our slogan we really mean it. TLC Moving & Storage is a business that was founded on hard work and commitment to efficiency, reliability and high standards with no exceptions.
Our philosophy is simple: Relocate our customers quickly, successfully and courteously, with no surprise charges, continuously exceeding our customers’ expectations.
With over 20 years of industry experience, we know what’s important not only in successful moving, but also in customer satisfaction. Our professional trained movers get the job done with Tender Loving Care, and customer satisfaction is always our highest priority. But you don’t have to take our word for it, our completely clean record with the Department of Transportation and Better Business Bureau speaks for itself. Since our inception, we’ve moved thousands of people and have never had a single complain. That’s truly rare in this industry.
We offer a wide selection of moving services, using state of the art modern equipment. And whether you are relocating locally, nationwide or overseas, you can feel confident that we will provide you with a safe and damage free move. Unlike most moving companies, we don’t “nickel and dime” our customers by charging extra fees for fuel surcharge, assembly, disassembly, delivering packaging materials, or even packing.
Our commitment to you begins long before your move date, and continues past the point when we’ve successfully gotten you settled into your new location, whether it’s residential or commercial, across the street or around the world. Our goal is to deliver the kind of service that will lead you to rely on us the next time you need to move … and the next time. Tender Loving Care – it’s not just our name, it’s our whole approach to moving.

The added protection of mover-provided cartons may avoid damage that results from the use of poor-quality packing materials. Your alternative is to collect boxes discarded by your grocery or liquor store. Save old newspapers for use in packing, but remember that ink may rub off and stain clothing or other items boxes.
