Debra's Wine Shipping?

There are a number of states where we are still working to establish shipping channels. At this time we have no wine delivery in the following states: Alabama

Connecticut

Georgia

Kentucky

Massachusetts

Maryland

Pennsylvania

Tennessee

Utah

Note: If there is no alcohol, the above shipping rules do not apply.

The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wine. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to your selected destination.

AGE

1. We clearly state throughout the website that no purchase may be made by anyone under 21 years of age.

2. The customer must provide, under penalty of perjury, a date of birth that verifies age when creating an account with Debra's Wine.

3. All shipments require an adult signature; proof of age will be verified by delivery carrier. No deliveries will be made to a visibly intoxicated person.

Arizona, Florida, Indiana, Michigan, New Jersey, North Carolina, Texas and New York orders may require an additional 10 days shipping time.

Alaska and Hawaii orders require additional shipping charge.

Sorry, but currently we are only shipping within the USA.

Orders are usually shipped via ground service. You may expect delivery within 7-10 days, but often sooner. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges on any package returned undelivered for any reason.

Express Delivery is available for certain items.

Due to restrictions of shipping alcohol to certain zip codes, the states of Florida and Texas require you to specify the zip code for the shipping destination. We are committed to 100% compliance with the federal, state, and local regulations of all markets we serve, and are unable to ship to districts that prohibit the sale of alcohol.

Our inventories are extensive, but not all wines are available for shipment in all states, as all wines are not licensed in all states. We reserve the right to substitute comparable wine (in taste and price) if necessary to complete an order.

Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of confirmation.
