2005 Season Closes!
Another great year!

Go to Web Site

As the 2005 foaling season comes to an end, Once again we are delighted,
With 16 foals to his credit, his ability to produce has again been rewarding! even more rewarding, has been seeing some of these foals develop into young stallions and mares! All are of good size, some are exotic, and some just plain pretty and correct, but none thus far that we nor the owners can find fault with, We seemed to have found a nitch, with crossing him within Se lines on Raa-din bred horses, and or close lines to Morafic! And in 2006, we are going to cross him to Serenity mares! as well as Sameh blood close up in an older mare we purchased!
Again, this year, we documented each foal and noted the same improvements,,ie: shoulder, shorter back, flat knees, and good legs and feet, exceptional movement, especially driving from the rear, and the same ability to engage the rear legs when stopping instead of bounceing on the front legs!
On the downside, after 16 foals, we have noticed he doesnt do anything for the head, no ugly heads or severe straight heads, but he produces like himself unless bred to a mare with a super head, Most foals regardless of dam have a babson type head, slight dish, short, and a big jaw, but not exotic, evn thought he 1/2 arabians look like arabians, the outcross doesnt produce pronounced dishes! There have been 3 Se mares with nice heads and a good dish bred to him and the foals have the dams dish and his jaw and neckset!
Another thing we noticed, is that if he is bred within his family or close gene pool, especially to mares that are 1/2 sister and if they have a problem with there necks, not a ewe neck, but a slight bump just before the neck goes into the whithers, then the foal will also have that bump! {which i dont like myself} not a conformation fault, but the neck doesnt flow into the wither as well as i like, especially with a good shoulder angle!
there we have it, for 2005, no grey foals,, blacks,,bays, liver chestnuts, and 1 pinto foal, but no greys, and his liver foals all seem to flaxen at about 1-1 1/2 yrs old.
HIS 2006 book will officially close to partbred mares, he will only be bred to Se mares or within preservation lines and only purebred mares that i approve!
2006,looks to be a promiceing year, several SE,,SO mares, several black mares, and a few new mares we have bought to be bred to him,
This stallion is without a doubt is showing his true heritatige and pedigree!
To date, he only has 1, SE son,,,HAS Mon Asaalah, a nice 15 hand, liver chestnut, with a super head, flaxen mane and tail, just turning 2 in late January,Asaalah, is SE,,AK,, Asil, pure in strain, and is considered heirloom/ser echo/el dere cross. We will stand him to 5 mares next year and he will be crossesd back to his dams {Raa-din Mahrousa} 1/2 sister {Il bint Khamsa} to double up the Raa-din breeding top and bottom, and then in 2007 he will be bred to his 1/2 sister,{Misemma BWA} to double up on the sire {Mon amir} top and bottom
The next few years will tell where our program is heading!
