What is the difference between the clubs offered by NEW YORK CUSTOM GOLF and the brand name clubs they compare to?
Our clubs heads are made with many of the same high quality stainless steel and titanium materials used in name brand equipment and will be fitted to your personal measurements and playing ability using the information you provide. You can choose between steel or graphite shafts.. The result usually found when going thru our Personal Fitting Process is better performance and a lot happier time spent playing the game of golf with your new club(s), and the biggest difference being in the price.
Why are the clubs at New York Custom Golf so much cheaper than the brand name clubs they compare to?
We keep a very low overhead and do not pay professionals to play or endorse our brands or company. By doing so, we can keep money in the pockets of the players that matter the most to us, our members. We also subscribe to the volume over profit theory of business, were we rather sell 100 of one club and make $10.00 than to sell 10 of the same club and make $70.00. While dealing in volume also allows us to receive better pricing from our component sources. Which is passed back to our members and first time purchasers.
What payment options are available?
We offer our customers several payment options including Pay Pal which supports credit card transactions with or with out a Pay Pal Account and is the safest way to purchase over the internet. We accept Cashiers Checks and Money Orders( orders will not assemble until payment is received), and we also have an outside Credit Card Merchant which we use for our retail Pro Shop, this can be used by contacting us at (845)721-5143 and giving the Credit card information.
How long does it take for me to get my order?
As soon as we have your Personal Fitting Form returned it is reviewed, then you will be contacted by the club maker either by e-mail or phone with the best possible set up for your order which is determined from your Personal Measurements and Playing Abilities. We look to have at least one phone conversation as we feel it takes the mystery out of internet purchasing as well as brings the process a more personal feeling. Any and all information will be fully explained, we will only go forth after you have given your full approval. This is the process we have adapted as our slogan's of " The Total Custom Golf Experience, and " Treating Yourself like a Pro". Since we do not Pre Assemble any products and swing weight and balance every club we produce, orders are taken and assembled in the order they are received from all of our sales venues. All orders are then assembled to the highest performing standard they can be the day prior to shipping, which generally is with in 3 to 5 business days from the time the order is placed. Orders are then shipped Priority Mail 2-3 days with the Post Office Domestically, and Global Priority mail Internationaly. So turnaround time for this 100% Custom Golf Equipment Assembly process is from 5 to 8 days order in hand!! You are always kept in touch with as to the developments and stages that your order is in. As this is part of our everyday Customer Service that we feel is very important.
How can I track my order?
There is no need to Track your order with NYCG. Since we are in consistent contact with you throughout the entire process and then e-mail or call you the day it is shipping so you know when to expect it. At which time we can supply you with a tracking number if you need it. You will be notified as well by Pay Pal or the Post Office with a comment from us when your shipping label is created and the tracking information is also given to you at this time
