Club Guarantee

O.C.C.G. guarantees 100% satisfaction with our products. We stand behind our products and service. Our clubs carry a one-year warranty on our shafts and a lifetime warranty on our heads from the date you placed your order. This covers the original owner against workmanship and breakage under normal playing conditions.

Damages not covered include those not consistent with normal wear or defect, and deemed to have been caused by neglect or abuse. The following reasons will be considered neglect or abuse from the owner, and is determined by O.C.C.G with all determinations being final:

* Any Shaft Broken 3 inches or more above the hosel. (fat shots, hosel shots, hitting behind the ball, etc.
•Any club that has had repairs or alterations performed by anyone other than O.C.C.G.
•Any club broken or damaged by driving range mats, poles supporting over hangs, or thru the use of what are not normal playing balls(i.e.: short dist. Balls, scuffed and beat up balls, solid core balls etc, which are found in all Driving ranges.
•Any dents on the top bottom or sides of the club, this is a result of poor swing mechanics and should never occur on a head if balls are being struck properly. The only wear that should be visible is the scuff marks on the soles from the club sliding across the turf during shot making.

Repairs

Repairs on merchandise for reasons covered by the material and workmanship warranty will receive free repairs and replacement equipment on the damaged goods. Clubs being returned should be packaged in the same manner they were delivered to you. Please make sure to put your order number and name on the outside of the box. Customers will be responsible for the shipping charges to and from on all repairs. Repairs may be made by (Contacting info@golfclubclones.net) and following the procedure below:

•Contact the e-mail address above or call the 800 number and leave a message in the Voice Mailbox, and a staff member will return your call
•The OCCG representative will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (referred to as a RMA #), never needed one yet, as we always find a suitable replacement, since we continue until you find what it is you originally set out to accomplish.
•The RMA # serves as a ticket to have your package accepted by us. Please make sure to write the RMA # clearly on the box so we can get your return back to you as soon as possible. Understand that orders already on schedule for assembly have Priority, as all Repairs will be fit into the schedule and attended to as fast as we possibly can.
Damaged On Arrival

If the product you ordered arrives and has been damaged in shipment contact the Shop Personnel or Club maker at clubmaker@golfclubclones.net for instruction

If an order arrives damaged it is the result of the shipper, as all products are checked and put through a 5 point Quality Merchandise Survey prior to shipping. We ask that you realize this and understand that we would never ship a defective or broken product. You will be instructed on how to send it back with out any cost coming from your pocket, and a replacement process will be worked out with you, with as little of inconvenience to you as possible.
