The ASCENDENTal constellations vary with time, aeons, location
and astrology=astronomy in local use. We use the current IAU standard
to determine Aries can _not_ ascend in due east proper, so sorry, pals,
no Aries ascendant for you. You could have Aries ascending in your
previous incarnations, though (also Crater ascending). Ascendants
vary from Monoceros, Sextans, Eridanus, Virgo, Serpens Caput,
Aquila (the all-american), Hydra (Book of Law), Cetus, Orion,
Canis Minor, Taurus and so on. A pharaoh will have different
positions, e.g. Centaurus rising or Lupus (theurgia), Equuleus,
Andromeda (arkitekton), Triangulum (the magi), Perseus, Auriga

Your horoscope wants, needs and deserves quite some correction.
Simple folk like Alan Leo never observed the horizon. If they
did, they would conclude Aries cannot be ascending in the east
at this time. Long time ago, constellations like Aries or Crater
could be ascending, and their time is to come; but not in any
near futurity. To offer another example, Pluto cannot possibly
be in Pisces or Aries, since it crosses from Cetus to Taurus
directly. But then Pluto is not a planet, really.
Alan could use some correction in his Saturn's house placement
as well. And there is more to come!

Planets change constellations and placement. Aug 4th 2004 has
Moon in Cetus, Venus in Orion (WTC Moon stars), Mercury in Sextans,
Juno in Scutum: a truly amazingly complicated emotional set up.

While Moon in Cetus is excellent for fish diners and occult,
Venus in Orion is not a desirable position at all. Mercury in

Moon in Cetus is important, since we have Sedna in Cetus

What can be corrected in your horoscope and natal chart?
Litterary every item of your horoscope will need correction.
The Moon is miscalculated on regular basis (astrodatabank,
mountain astrologer, american astrologer), since amateurs
allow for half a degree of error on regular basis. Moon's
placement is critical by house and constellation e.g. in
the WTC case (Orion), where two evil stars (holding Osiris
staff) dominate the WTC horoscope.

You can have Moon in Auriga, Orion, Cetus, and many other
constellations. The planets, the Sun, Pluto and the Moon
in fact span through 28 (not 13) constellations in all;
thus we speak of Venus in Hydra or Pluto in Coma Berenices.
Already your natal Sun will need correction; you might be
ophiucian and not know it. The constellations largely differ
in size/ecliptic span, thus to have Sun in Scorpio is comparatively
rare (my case, Nov 28th), while to have Sun in Virgo is most likely.

The experimental house system we use is based on observation
of thereal sky. Thus many former misconceptions and "conjunctions"
are irrelevant in our analysis. The planets often can not really
stand apart 180 degrees, e.g. Mars 174 Pluto is a typical true
aspect. Moreover Cruithne (Earth's "second moon" and Sedna may
be "conjunct" over a large altitude span, but often "conjunction"
is a planar misconception. The simple model astrologers used is
completely useless now that we have soon 1008 asteroids beyond
Neptune and many more in our proximity.
Minor Planets
Giant cubewano and plutino objects are aways included in the
analysis, with original delineations. The extension includes
Earth†s trojan moons, comets, the centaurs, ... and this is
