DIARNOTHE: Diarnothe currently lives in the sunny interior of British Columbia, Canada, along with his spouse, life partner, and fellow metaphysical explorer, FYREWOLF. Diarnothe has been reading tarot for almost 25 years. Psychic ability is hereditary on both sides of his Italian family tree. AKILAH: When she was five, a group of spirits appeared, warning Akilah her sister was about to have an accident. She sensed even then she was different, but she didn’t grow into her gifts until her mother--who was also psychic--passed on. Her mom became an important guide, helping her to understand the abilities she possessed. She was instructed on the use of the Tarot when she was thirteen, and was given a startling piece of information she never knew before. Her ancestors were witches, and of course she was one too. This began her interest in all things wiccan, a religion that has taught her much about magick and spell work. TOKEYA: When Tokeya was two, he wandered off into the woods, while his mother’s back was turned, and was soon lost. Five hours later, he was found deep in the woods, surrounded by wolves. They had sheltered him as though he were part of their pack, and kept him safe until he was rescued. Remarkably, they allowed his mom to walk into their circle, claim her boy, and leave with him unharmed. Since that time, he found he was able to communicate with animals and to also connect with nature. The first of his abilities manifested at a very early age. Though he was ridiculed by many, his mom nurtured his intuition and encouraged his visions. She approved of his reading books on spirituality and the arts of nature. At the age of sixteen, his beloved mother passed away. Instead of focusing on the negative, her death showed him the doorway to the other side.
