With a Babylonia you can carry your baby as much as you like. The baby is being carried in a natural position, with good support and without burdened it's back.
A long woven sling can be used for many different types of tying methods and carrying positions. You can carry your baby lying, sitting upright facing you or facing the world, on your hip or on your back. The incredible variation makes Babylonia a sling that grows with your baby. When carrying your child in Babylonia you have great weight distribution over the whole of your upper body.
Babylonia is woven with diagonal stretch. That way it forms around you and your baby without being bouncy, making it possible to carry your child for long hours without being heavy. Babylonia is designed with different colors on the two edges to make it easy to know which side is which when you are tying (except the plain grey). Babylonia is colored using only AZO free dyes.
Babylonia is designad in Belgium and handwoven in India, supervised by IFAT, International Federation of Alternative Trade. This means that honest trading relations with the producers are a main issue. Fair Trade stretches far beyond for instance avoiding child labour. Fair Trade include such things as honest wages, trade relations based on collaboration and transfer of knowledge, respecting the environment and use of material which are produced locally.

Lenght for Babylonia
– 5,60 m, shrinks to about 5,20 m. Long enought for people of all sizes to do all kinds of carrying methods. Suitable for people who need size 42 or larger. This lenght is also good if you like to be able to tie wrap cross with the knot on the front.
– 4,90 m, shrinks to about 4,60 m. Long enought for all tying methods if you wear size 40/42 or smaller.
– 2,60 m, shrinks to about 2,40 m. Suitable for hip carry for toddlers or cradle for infants.
Stretchy wraparound sling - Moby Wrap
The Moby Wrap is a long stretchy wraparound sling. It is designed to use your entire back as well as your shoulders to carry the weight of your baby. Unlike other carriers, which have narrow straps, the Moby Wrap is a wide piece of fabric that is wrapped over both shoulders. It is comfortable and easy to wear, no buckles, snaps or other fasteners. It is easy to adjust the fit of your Moby Wrap by varying how tightly you wrap yourself and your baby.
With the single stretch cotton and the width of the Moby Wrap, your baby is wrapped close and tight, insuring a secure hold. A newborn or sleeeping baby's head can be secured under the stretchy fabric. You can have both hands free and know that your baby is safe and secure.
The Moby Wrap is long enough to adapt you your growing baby. Most people can comfortable carry up to 35 lbs or 15 kg, although the fabric can easily hold more. Moby Wrap is certified to be AZO free in accordance with European Parliament Directive 2002/61/EC.
There are many ways to wear your Moby Wrap. You can carry the baby facing you, facing forward, lying down or on your back. Moby Wrap has tapered ends, which makes the knot smaller. The lenght of the Moby Wrap makes it possible for most people to chose between tying the knot on the back or front.
Moby Wrap is designed in the US and manufactured in nothern Thailand. The modern factory employs 10 to 12 adults and is managed by a Thai woman.
