Intelsat are a major, international, communications company with offices around the world, hosting up to 24 events a year. When they decided to plan an event in Spain we received the following enquiry.
''I am interested in trying to find a 5 star conference venue in either Marbella, Seville or Mallorca to host a customer conference for say 120 pax in classroom style seating, say mid October 2004''
From this brief outline this is the event that we planned, organised and coordinated for them;
Conference Venue - Hotel Los Monteros in Marbella. We negotiated an excellent rate at this stunning 5 star boutique style hotel with a beautiful beach side location only 10 minutes away from Marbella.
Conference Facilities - Main meeting room in cabaret style with a breakout room set up for one to one meetings plus office space.
Audio Visuals - We contracted a specialist company to supply and coordinate all AV requirements.
Networking Opportunities - we arranged a day trip to Gibraltar with lunch, a tennis tournament, golf and salsa classes.
Gala Event - Located at the Los Monteros Beach Club. We held a gala dinner buffet with a salsa band and professional salsa dancers, with the delegates being met with a Cuban cocktail and gift. We organised an outside party planner to decorate the conference venue.
Transportation - We arranged for private transfers to and from the hotel, airport and networking events.
Hostessing Services - a coordinator was employed to oversee the event and was on hand throughout the conference for extra assistance.
Food and Beverages - the delegates were fully catered for including a Spanish tapas welcome reception with sangria, finger buffet and an end of conference business lunch.
The whole event was well received and an outstanding success. This quote is from their in house event planner who worked closely with us throughout the event

We also organise events for smaller groups, another example of a recent incentive trip that has been organised with our help and expertise can be found on our website.It was for a company entertaining 50 employees and they wanted an event with a family atmosphere.
A London based computer company booked an early summer weekend incentive trip to the Costa del Sol to mark 10 years of business.The 50 strong group stayed at the 4 star Hotel Andalucia Plaza in the playboy´s playground of Puerto Banus.
