Dzi Bead, Relic Antique from Tibet
‘dZi’ beads are known as one of the seven treasures in Tibet and major regions of the Himalayas. The precious protection amulet is called heavenly stone (tian-zhu) by the world because of its miraculous properties that releases the highest kind of blessings, energy and protection to the wearer.
Where did the dZi beads come from?
Dzi is not only a very rare and precious gemstone; it is also one of the seven treasures in Tibetan Buddhism. The main places of origin are Western Tibet, Eastern Tibet, Bhutan, Sikkim, Ladakh and certain regions in the Himalayas.
Legend and History

The record of this history states the exact numbers of beads he owns – 50,600 nectar Dzi and 390,000 three eyed Dzi.
Recently, the world was stunned when China Airlines plane crashed in Nagoya. The tragedy, however, proved to be a boon for Dzi beads market when one of the crash victim, Mr Chen, miraculously survived when wearing a ‘nine eyed’ Dzi. He revealed this during a television interview.
